May 19, 2020:
After renting additional space in the business park in Shenzhen and buying 4 CPE film machines for the production of the CPE aprons, the technicians installed and started up last week.
Since May 18 the entire material for the CPE aprons is no longer purchased, but instead is produced step by step. This guarantees complete independence from the CORONA prices. From the delivery of the raw material from Saudi Arabia, Duncan now has all the processes up to delivery by train and flight in his own hands. This is the basis for stable, low prices and high quality in order to meet the demands of European customers.

Our CPE Cover DUNCAN and LINO were successfully certified after a 2-week test. Duncan has expanded its production. Starting next week, up to 100,000 pieces will be produced daily, which will be delivered exclusively to Germany and Italy. In order to regularly check the quality of the production in order to ensure consistently good quality, Duncan has procured various QM technology, including this machine for a stretch test to meet EN 14126. The data are significantly better than the required.

Klaus Lino Ruatti with the CPE cover in white, they will arrive here in Germany immediately every week. With a thickness of 0.3mm instead of 0.2mm or 0.25mm with maximum flexibility and high temperature resistance, the apron offers the maximum possible safety. In the meantime, Duncan Du has achieved the GB19082-2009 certification, which is the corresponding test comparable to EN 14126 for aprons.

04/30/2020: Information from our government source in China. the government in China will take control of all Convid19 testers produced. That means they won't be available until all Chinese are tested. China will conduct a central screening of all residents. It starts with the big cities.
April 29, 2020: The production of Duncan Du's own CPE covers / aprons / smocks is underway. He now has 2 producers of the high-quality CPE film material, and since today a second production facility, which will be prepared in the next few days and will start production in 5 days. Duncan and the new additional 20 employees work in 3 shifts. 25,000 CPE covers / aprons / smocks are currently being produced, tested and packaged in the first facility. The first orders will be sent out by plane early next week and by rail later. Production of the second plant, which can also produce up to 25,000 pieces per day, will start next week. Another thing about my donation: I am very happy to be able to give something back to my home town of Ebersbach. I made sure that the donation arrives where it is needed, such as with our seniors who live alone, the old people's homes and nursing homes, but especially with the fire brigade and police in Ebersbach.

April 25th, 2020: Large quantities of high-quality material arrived again well at counties, the German Red Cross and old people's homes. The goods were delivered until 2 a.m. and unloaded thanks to BOS staff. Respect for the many helpers. So far 100% success rate, except for a box that probably fell out on the flight. Of course I made sure that Duncan adjusted the bill accordingly.
April 25th, 2020: Production of the new CPE covers / aprons runs, quality tests all successfully completed. Heat test see first video. We tried the different manufacturers, the differences were incredible - we took the best and most expensive material with a thickness of 0.3mm - but still flexible and easy to carry. Duncan can currently produce 25,000 smock aprons, the second machine will run shortly, then up to 50,000 smock aprons per day. On my advice, he bought many tons of finished material before the prices continue to rise - so he can keep the prices stable and super cheap for the next 3 months. It is planned to deliver weekly to Germany by train from now on, Duncan is now offering a mega low price for district offices, BOS and aid organizations. The first 350,000 pieces have already been ordered.

April 21, 2020: These are the aprons (3rd picture here) with the highest quality material that is available. Duncan has purchased over 100 tons of the raw material that is processed into film in Shenzhen and delivered to Duncan in 1 ton rolls. Duncan then provides the two producers (it is safe to do so) with the rolls for production just in time. Pure control according to German thoroughness .... but the Chinese should be used to control.
04/17/2020: New exciting information. The imported goods in Germany for government agencies and HiOrgs are now exempt from customs and import sales tax. Not for traders and .... the goods are now still "TÜV" checked at various airports and remain with customs for as long and are not released. Questions ... The rolls with the film made from the basic material are produced in rolls of one ton each and then go to the Duncan warehouse. From there, 2 companies producing for Duncan are supplied. This is the only way to reliably deliver high-quality aprons to Germany at an affordable price.

04/11/2020: What a feat - packed over 127 cubic meters (until 2 in the morning), labeled ... everything perfectly prepared with German thoroughness. The colleagues there are very learnable. Today the first truck is out, tomorrow the second truck is out. Everything organized, transport, insurance, flight, customs, forwarders. Running. The hardworking employees and helpers (after my clear advice) get a nice bonus from Duncan. The goods will arrive in Germany at the end of the week with a direct flight. I will be at the airport myself, then the goods go to the different customers, 3 customers come with large trucks to pick up the goods themselves. For the others, I personally take care that the onward transport runs smoothly. Some new pictures with description below.

On our own behalf: So far, all of the brokered / organized goods have reached customers. All customers are satisfied with the quality. That is the reason why we test it all before we recommend anything. I am happy about every project in which I can successfully support. Meanwhile Duncan thinks in German and DV100, so everything works wonderfully, my controlling is still feared, according to the motto "come before the situation".
04/09/2020: The fraudsters and hobby importers / China hobby exporters now have big problems. The Chinese government introduced new rules 2-3 days ago, starting with the documents, labeling of the packaging, invoice content, approvals of the "agents" ... They are now checking every single box, every seller, and if not everything is perfect , the goods may not be delivered. Duncan and parts of his team have spent the last 3 days understanding everything and then implementing the new rules. Today, all goods have to be repacked, and the producers have to supply the documents that they themselves have to apply for. The agents have to present certificates that they are even authorized to export goods. Now it is worth looking closely at where you order, so as not to get "nothing" for your money. Duncan and his team solved that, including freight. Duncan will continue to deliver (somewhat delayed because everything has to be repacked) as announced. Again "before the situation".
My ordered med. Safety glasses, med. Face protection, protective suits, CPE aprons, FFP2 masks and more will arrive next week. 1,500 FFP2 are donated to the old people's homes, nursing homes, medical practices, emergency services in Ebersbach and of course my fire department. Also protective suits for my comrades from the fire department Ebersbach an der Fils.
04/08/2020: After the deliveries and payment all go well, for the BOS customers I mediated, Duncan is now ready, for the BOS customers, for whom I "virtually guarantee personally that they pay immediately after delivery", now in the case of smaller and regular batches, the goods are to be paid for upon receipt, so from now on you can also order without prepayment.
